February 26th

Fun day!
Went to Shena's graduation party. Hayley came too, all the kids were there. So good to see everyone.
Before we left Lorelei and I were both really tired and lazy.  I asked her if she wanted to go to a party and she said, "yeah, I want cake." I told her I didn't think there would be cake at the party. She looked at me totally confused and said, "everyone likes cake."
She is so funny....There wasn't any cake.

We were looking at www.kevinandamanda.com and Lorelei said, "Yum, I love choc-o-lat"
I just simply LOVE the way frosting looks on a cupcake, don't know what it is but it is beautiful.
Looking at her Savannah pics, I miss that amazing city. If you can plan a trip there DO IT.

February 21st

Lorelei's voice. I wish I could record her all day, everyday. I just love the way her voice sounds, even simple words like 'far away' I can listen to over and over, and good thing too, because she repeats every word, over and over.
When I picked her up, she was so incredibly happy and said I love you and gave me lots of hugs and kisses. There couldn't have been a happier mommy in the world!!!
I love her so much. She is a bright spot in my world.

February 20th

Seeing Tiffany and Hannah. I brought Hannah some of Lorelei's old clothes and she started putting them on and saying Lorelei. She gave me hugs and kisses.
Talking to Lorelei on the phone(she is in SF with Meemaw Barbara and GeeGee), she said, I Love You, without being prompted. AWWWWWW :) :)

It is 1 pm and Lorelei is down for her nap.
We have had a great, relaxing morning without any major melt-downs :)

I put her in panties after she went potty on the toilet and she didn't go potty until 11, hmmmm, what is she telling me here? In the diaper she goes ALL day!

February 11th

Grocery shopping with Lo. They had these cinnamon pita chip samples, she was a mess!
Before we left I asked if she wanted to get something special at the store and she said, "Yes, TACOS!"

February 4th

We had such a nice day! No major tantrums or fits. Definitely a huge smile on my face.
Lorelei was so cute eating her cereal, she was pushing the cheerios down into the milk with the back of her spoon.
Since we have been working on potty training, when I went Lorelei said, "Nice job, mama." and clapped for me. I must say it is encouraging! :)

February 3rd

We played "Monster, Inc." Lorelei said she saw a scary monster, and kept telling me different places they were. I would fake scream and we would fall down laughing.

First thing I hear when I wake up, "Mama, no work anymore. Lorelei work." HUG "together"
We were playing pirates and I said, "are they going to take over our bed?" Lorelei responded, "No, they like me."
